This is a more beginner friendly program, it’s primarily focused on burning calories in a safe and controlled environment.
Our BOOTCAMP routines are also less intimidating and more welcoming to newcomers as they don’t use barbells and are less technical. Anyone can show up to a class and jump right into it!
The 1-hour class usually consists of: Warm up with dynamic stretching, Core work, a 20 to 30mins WOD and final cool down.
